創業者 増島良三

1920年、創業者増島良三が最初に手掛けた針は蓄音機針でした。国産のミシン針がなかった時代に「自ら優秀な国産ミシン針を製造する」という思いを胸に、当時、輸入品に依存していたミシン針の研究に1933年より本格的に着手しました。

Founder MASUJIMA Ryozo

Founder MASUJIMA Ryozo first handled gramophone needles in 1920.
He began to study sewing machine needles in 1933. At that time,Japan depended on imported products at the time, so MASUJIMA Ryozo had the idea of “manufacturing excellent domestic sewing machine needles”. He realized his dream.

创始人 增岛良三

创始人增岛良三开始留声机针的制造于1920。当时日本的缝纫机针产品依赖进口，他立志“独立制造出优良的国产缝纫机针”，于1933年正式投身缝纫机针的研制。

オルガン印のミシン針

試行錯誤の末、ようやく自信のもてるミシン針が完成し、1938年に念願の市販を開始。

その時考案されたのが「オルガンを弾く婦人」の商標です。

当社名も、増島良三の姓を取って「増島製針所」の社名で事業展開が行われていましたが、多くの人々に親しまれたオルガンの呼称を社名に取り入れ、1963年に社名をオルガン針株式会社に変更します。

　　

Sewing machine needle with organ trademark

After a lot of trial and error, the sewing machine needle that MASUJIMA could be confident in, was finally completed and in 1938 the long-awaited product was ready for sale.The trademark image was designed and used for the first time.
Business was carried as “Masujima Needle Factry”, but the name of the company was largely associated with the image of the organ, so it was incorporated into the new company name. In 1963, the company name was changed to ORGAN NEEDLE CO., LTD.

风琴牌缝纫机针

经过反复摸索和尝试，公司终于研制出满怀自信的缝纫机针，并于1938年实现了期待已久的上市销售。
当时设计的产品商标图案为“弹风琴的女士”。
公司在创立之初曾取增岛良三社长的姓氏，命名为“增岛制针所”，这一名称伴随事业发展。此后又选取人们熟知的“风琴”一词用以命名，1963年正式更名为风琴针株式会社。

戦争による疎開

太平洋戦争末期には空襲を避けて中塩田村(現長野県上田市)に疎開。
1946年6月1日に創立記念式が行われ、増島良三は「立派な製品を世に送り出し、将来子孫に譲り渡すことのできる立派な工場を信州の地に築く」と誓ったのです。

Evacuation due to the war

Towards the end of the Pacific War (World War Ⅱ), MASUJIMA, worried about the air raids, evacuated the company to Nakashioda Village (now Ueda City Nagano Prefecture).
In a memorial ceremony held on June 1st, 1946, MASUJIMA Ryozo pledged, “We will build a new factory in Shinshu, which will send high quality products around the world and be handed down to future generations.”

因战争迁厂

太平洋战争末期，为躲避空袭而迁厂至中盐田村(现长野県上田市)。
在1946年6月1日举行的成立纪念仪式上，增岛良三社长宣誓：“在信州的土地上建造一座为社会提供优质的产品，并可以将其传承给子孙后代的优秀工厂。”

品質に対するこだわり

増島良三は、良質な製品を適正価格で販売することこそものづくりを生業とする者の務め、という固い信念の持ち主で、生前、「納得のいかない製品は市場に出さない」「針と話ができるか」といった数々の言葉を遺しています。

そういった創業者の「品質第一」の理念は、今も社員一人ひとりに受け継がれています。

Commitment to quality

MASUJIMA Ryozo was a firm believer that the purpose of manufacturing is to sell quality products at reasonable prices. Throughout his life, he was often known to say “Don’t put inferior products on to the market.” and “Does the needle speak to you?”
The founder’s “Quality First” philosophy is still passed on to every employee.

坚守品质

增岛良三社长坚信“以合理的价格提供优质的产品正是以制造为业者的职责所在”。他在生前留下了许多训言，例如“绝不放任不满意的产品流入市场”、“可以和机针心意相通吗”。
创始人的这种“质量第一”的理念如今被每一位员工所继承。

メリヤス針・フェルト針へ、技術の展開

ミシン針製造で培った技術を活かし、1953年にメリヤス針の製造、翌1954年に販売を開始、1961年にフェルト針の製造、翌1962年に販売を開始します。

Development of technology for knitting machine needles and felting needles

Utilizing technology cultivated in the manufacturing of sewing needles, we started manufacturing knitting machine needles in 1953 and began selling them the following year (1954). We then started manufacturing felting needles in 1961 and sales of these new needles commenced the next year (1962).

开始技术拓展，生产针织机针、刺针

运用制造缝纫机针所积累的技术，1953年开始生产编织机针，1954年上市销售；1961年开始生产刺针，1962年上市销售。

世界一の生産量

1959年、ついにミシン針の生産量が年間1億本を突破し、生産量で世界ナンバーワンの地位を確立します。
当社の生産量全体のうち3割は海外に輸出され、オルガン針の名は海外にも広く知られるようになりました。

World’s highest production volume

In 1959, the sewing machine needle production exceeded 100 million annually, and our company was established as number one in the world in terms of production volume.
About 30% of our total production is exported, and the brand name of ORGAN NEEDLE has become widely known overseas.

产量跃居世界第一

1959年，缝纫机针的年产量突破1亿根，确立了产量世界第一的地位。公司总产量的30%用于出口，风琴品牌开始名扬海外。

増島芳美 社長就任

創業者増島良三の逝去に伴い、増島芳美が社長に就任します。
増島芳美は良三の興した事業を足掛かりとして、事業の拡大を進めます。

MASUJIMA Yoshimi succeed as president

MASUJIMA Yoshimi succeed as president after passing away of the founder, MASUJIMA Ryozo.
MASUJIMA Yoshimi continues to expand the business, using the business practices established by Ryozo as a foothold.

创始人增岛良三社长去世，增岛芳美就任社长。增岛芳美社长立足于增岛良三社长所开创的事业，不断扩大规模。

国内外の生産・販売拠点拡充

1967年の台湾進出を契機に熊本県(1970年) 、 香港(1974年)と海外・国内に生産拠点を設立しました。
1977年にドイツのR+M社と販売代理店契約を締結し、1981年にシンガポールに販売拠点を設立するなど海外の販売網拡大に注力します。

Expanded production and sales in Japan and overseas

With the entry into Taiwan in 1967, we began expanding domestically and overseas, establishing production bases in Kumamoto Prefecture (1970) and Hong Kong (1974).
Exclusive business partnership for the European market with RUPPEL+MAIHOFER GmbH begins in 1977.
ORGAN NEEDLE(SINGAPORE)CO.PTE LTD.is established in 1981.

在日本及海外建立生产和销售基地

1967年进入台湾，并以此为契机，陆续在熊本县(1970年)、香港(1974年)等日本国内及海外建立生产基地。
与RUPPEL+MAIHOFER GmbH公司签订欧洲地区总代理店合同于1977。在新加坡创立ORGAN NEEDLE(SINGAPORE)CO.PTE LTD.于1981。

プローブ製品の製造・販売開始

繊維系針の製造ノウハウを活かして、精密加工が必要な電子関連部品の研究を行い、1979年に電化製品の基板の通電・機能検査を行うコンタクトプローブの販売を開始。
電子業界という新たな分野への進出を果たします。

Started manufacturing and selling contact probes

We made a foray into a new field of electronics industry.
Utilizing our needle processing technology, we researched electronic-related parts that require precision processing, and in 1979 we started selling contact probes that conduct electrical and functional inspections of electric circuit boards.

开始生产和销售探针产品

充分利用机针加工技术，针对需精密加工的电子零件展开研究，1979年，接触式探针开始上市销售，该产品可对电气化产品的电路板进行通电和性能检测。由此，公司成功进军电子行业这一全新领域。

2代目増島芳美の跡を継いで増島良介が社長に就任します。

MASUJIMA Ryosuke succeed as president.

MASUJIMA Ryosuke takes over as the president, succeeding MASUJIMA Yoshimi.
Founded by MASUJIMA Ryozo, the second-generation owner MASUJIMA Yoshimi solidified the foundation of the company. MASUJIMA Ryosuke went on to actively promote global expansion while still meeting customer needs.

增岛良介 就任社长

增岛良介接替增岛芳美（第二任社长），就任社长一职。
增岛良三社长开创了事业，第二任社长增岛芳美进一步巩固了集团事业的发展基础，增岛良介社长则在此基础上不断满足用户需求，同时积极推进业务的全球化布局。

海外生産拠点の展開

グループ全体での針製造事業の再編に伴い、海外に生産会社を設立します。

1994年、ベトナム（ホーチミン）にORGAN NEEDLE (VIETNAM) CO.,LTDを設立（翌1995年より操業開始）し、2002年には中国（重慶）に重慶風琴業有限公司を設立（翌2003年より操業開始）します。

2010年にはベトナム工場で工業用ミシン針の一貫生産体制を構築。
リードタイムの短縮や品質向上へ取り組み、グループのミシン針事業の競争力向上に大いに貢献することになります。

Construction of overseas production bases

With the reorganization of the needle manufacturing business, we established production companies overseas.
1994: ORGAN NEEDLE (VIETNAM) CO., LTD. established in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh), structure construction completed in 1995.
2002: CHONGQING ORGAN NEEDLE CO.,LTD. established in China (Chongqing), structure construction completed in 2003.
In 2010, we built an integrated production system for industrial sewing machine needles at our Vietnam factory.
By working to improve lead times and quality, our group greatly contributed to improvements in competitiveness of sewing machine needle businesses.

完成海外生产基地布局

在全集团范围内对机针制造业务进行重组，同时在海外建厂。
1994年在越南(胡志明)成立ORGAN NEEDLE (VIETNAM) CO., LTD.，1995年开始运营。2002年在中国(重庆)成立重庆风琴针业有限公司，2003年开始运营。

オルガン製針株式会社の設立

グループ内の生産会社と切磋琢磨し生産性を高めるために、上田市内のグループ会社にオルガン針株式会社の製造部門を統合し、オルガン製針株式会社を設立しました。

Established ORGAN NEEDLE PRODUCTION CO.,LTD.

We established ORGAN NEEDLE CO., LTD. by working hard with the production companies in the group and making our manufacturing department independent. This was done with the aim of improve productivity.

成立风琴制针株式会社

为了促进与集团下属各生产工厂之间的良性竞争，提高生产效率，公司将制造部门从集团中独立出来，成立了风琴制针株式会社。

Strengthening of group functions

As of June 2020, the Organ Group consists of two overseas production companies, two domestic production sites, and six overseas sales bases.
Under our mission statement of “Pour our heart and soul into every single needle we deliver around the world.” we deliver to customers products that meet the needs of our customers, through a network that spans the globe.

As a needle-making company with our own unique technology, we will continue working to improve the quality of needles that customers have come to expect and build new technologies that meet the needs of society.
